I took several pictures of this and believe this one turned out the best. I tried to set the shutter speed longer on a couple and realized the aperture needed to be set also because it was letting in way too much light. I believe my shutter speed was 1/125th and ISO 100
The splash of the water grabs me, and the jets on the left add clarity that this is a fountain. Perhaps blurring of the background would remove the distraction of the cars.
