Aperture f4.6
I took this picture with a variety of ISO & Aperture settings and this one seemed to come out the best.
My histogram was of little value. I would have liked the background to be fuzzier, but I don't have a clue how to do that. This shot was taken in my back yard with a Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS10
I like the color of the train and how it is slightly off centered. It's tricky to get that aperture right, but possibly by increasing it next time you may find that greater blur you are looking for.
