Portland Trailblazers vs Utah Jazz
One of my challenges is learning to take photos of indoor events. The lighting and movement is always a challenge. This past Saturday I tried our homework assignment out at the Portland Trailblazers basketball game. I was surprised that when I applied what we talked about in class and made the minor adjustments after each shot that I finally was able to capture some good images. This was was shot from the 3rd level of the arena and I was finally able to get a setting where the players were in focus. The lighting still needed a little work, but was still the best I could get that night. Shot with a Nikon D5100, f/5.6, ISO 500, and white balance was set to auto.
